Previous incidents

The issue was caused by a failing upstream server within the upload infrastructure. The affected server has been removed from the load balancer rotation, and upload services have recovered successfully. Users should now be able to upload files without errors.

Earlier today, a faulty package was deployed, which resulted in upload failures for users. Our team identified the issue and rolled back the problematic package. All systems have since recovered. Users who experienced upload issues are advised to retry their uploads.
